Terms & Conditions

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you certify that you are the rightful owner of the Apple product. If you have any questions about our terms and conditions please do not hesitate to send an email to sales@bossmacs.co.uk.

 

Payment for the Apple product will be paid via cheque, BACS or PayPal. Payments are processed quickly upon arrival at our facility once tested and inspected.

 

You agree to ship your Apple device within 7 days of accepting our quote. We cannot be held responsible for shipping issues but the shipment will be fully insured and as long as care has been take to package the product, then we will do all we can to help with the insurance claim. We also recommend insurance and tracking when shipping your item if you do not use our service. We are not held accountable for lost or stolen items while in transit.  The item must be suitably packaged for transit. We will of course assist as much as possible should any issues arise.

Any stickers / screen protectors or such like will be removed to see if the condition is as described underneath, we won’t be held responsible for and damage caused removing these.

All items are thoroughly checked in our processing centre upon arrival. The product will be cleaned and any stickers will be removed. If the item was accurately described in our “request a quote” form the exact amount will be paid to the customer. If information was falsified or left out we reserve the right to make a secondary quote offering a new quote has been sent you will have 7 days to accept or reject the new quote.  If an answer hasn’t been received within 7 days payment will be issued at the newly revised price.  Customers can request the laptop to be sent back at anytime during this process.  You will be required to cover the return postage of £20. If the revised quotation is not accepted, then the customer is liable for return shipping costs.

 

Boss Macs can take no responsibility for any additional defects or malfunction that may occur during our testing of your  Device(s) once received that may be over and above those defects and malfunctions listed by on the quote form. Should additional defects or malfunctions be discovered we will re-quote the Customer and will then await acceptance by the Customer; or, notify the Customer of the status of their Apple Device and quote £20 for the return of their Apple Device(s) (each) which includes carriage and admin costs for the return.

 

We reserve the right to reject any item on arrival. Items rejected will be promptly shipped back to the customer.

 

You should Let us know if your keyboard is a none standard UK QWERTY keyboard.

Any Liquid damage should be mentioned in the additional info part of the form.

 

The legal ownership of the item will be passed to us when received and agreed that the condition is as described or when the new quote is accepted. Payment will then be issued.
