New Sealed

Brand new and unopened, sometimes with full Apple warranty but always with 12 months Boss Macs warranty.

 

Like New:

Like New product is “as new” however the box and seal will have been broken.  The product may have been removed from its original packaging for testing and repackaged.  The product is complete and in perfect condition and fully tested and functional. Like New units come with a Boss Macs 12-month Warranty but may also include any remaining manufacturer’s warranty in addition.

 

Excellent Grade:

Excellent Grade units are our highest standard of refurbished product.  They may have very minor marks on the case.  They will show very very minor wear and tear or small hair line scratches but will have no dents or screen damage.  Excellent Grade units are as close to Like new as is possible and some struggle to tell them from new. Excellent Grade units come with a 12-month Warranty.

 

Very Good Grade:

Very Good Grade units have slightly more wear and tear than Excellent Grade but are in very good condition. They are fully tested and functional but might have small hair line scratches, worn corners and possible small indentations.  They won’t have any significant damage and are fully complete, working and in very good condition.  If they have keys, they will be fully legible but may show some minor wear. Very Good Grade units come with a 12-month Warranty.

 

Good Grade:

Good Grade units are subject to more wear and tear.  They are fully tested and functional but might have minor dents and damage with some screen marks or blemishes.  There won’t be any screen cracks. Good Grade units come with a 12 month return to base Warranty.
